The National Chamber Litigation Center (NCLC) - the public-policy law firm of the Chamber of Commerce of the United States of America - plays a major role in shaping public policy on important legal questions of national concern to American business while achieving long-range improvements in the legal system.

WASHINGTON, D.C.— As a result of today's U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Chamber of Commerce of the United States et al.  v. Brown et al., states may no longer restrict employers' rights to communicate with their employees about unionization.  The decision will ripple through the legal system and likely result in the invalidation of similar legislation in other states.  Read more.
