Donohue has committed to remain CEO through June 2022, continuing his successful 20 year track record of supporting business. Suzanne P. WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Chamber Center for Capital Markets Competitiveness President and CEO David Hirschmann issued the following statement in response to today’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) final best interest standard rules. The Chamber and others challenged the Department of Labor’s Fiduciary Duty Rule and in March 2018 the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled to vacate the rule.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Chamber of Commerce Executive Vice President and Chief Policy Officer Neil Bradley issued the following statement today after the House of Representatives passed H.R. 6, the American Dream and Promise Act of 2019. The Chamber issued a key vote in support of passage of the bill.
The bill would permanently protect Dreamers and long-term beneficiaries of the Temporary Protected Status program.
