WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today the U.S. Chamber of Commerce announced Myron Brilliant will step down as Executive Vice President and Head of International Affairs, leaving the Chamber at the end of February.
“After almost 30 years of service to the U.S. Chamber, our members, and the global business community, it is impossible to list Myron’s many achievements,” said Suzanne P. Clark, president and CEO of the U.S. Chamber. “We thank him for his leadership, partnership, and service. While we will miss his counsel and friendship, we are excited for Myron that he is pursuing new opportunities after such a long and distinguished career at the Chamber.”
During Brilliant’s tenure, the Chamber developed the largest international program of any U.S. association. Among his many contributions, Brilliant helped promote a wide and deep bench of talent across the international team of some 70 global policy experts and advocates. With 20 bilateral business councils and an extensive network of American Chambers of Commerce (AmCham) partners across the world, the Chamber is active in more than 130 countries, promoting trade, investment, and commercial ties, while fighting policies that could harm American companies abroad or at home.

The Chamber will launch a global search for a new Head of International Affairs immediately.
