Ilgın is a Government Relations & Public Affairs professional with BA in Public Administration and Political Science from Marmara University and MA degree from the Strasbourg Institutes of Political Studies in France in EU Public Affairs and Policies. In her early career she gained valuable experiences in Corporate & Public Strategic Advisory Group (CPS), Grayling, Automotive Suppliers Association of Turkey (TAYSAD), Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA) in government relations, public affairs, public policy and  business development. Prior to joining Honeywell, she was working as Market Development Manager for ACCA Türkiye, Azerbaijan and Georgia cluster.
