Rachel Ledbetter is a director of policy and political communications at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The communications team works with our partners throughout the organization to plan and execute comprehensive communications projects and campaigns.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Rachel spent nearly seven years working on Capitol Hill, most recently as Communications Director for Congressman Austin Scott (GA-08). She also worked in the office of former U.S. Senator David Vitter (R-LA) and the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship.

A Louisiana native, Rachel earned a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science from Louisiana Tech University and a master of arts degree in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. She currently lives in Washington, D.C.
