U.S. Chamber files amicus brief

July 31, 2012

NCLC joined a coalition of 15 trade associations and industry groups to file an amicus brief urging the D.C. Circuit to strike down new regulations promulgated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) that drastically alter the “hours of service” rules for commercial truck drivers.
