U.S. Chamber files coalition amicus brief supporting challenge to the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program’s unlawful administrative enforcement regime

The amicus brief argues that discrimination claims against federal contractors should proceed in federal court with full procedural protections for defendants. The U.S. Chamber filed this brief jointly with the Cato Institute, HR Policy Association, National Federation of Independent Business, and Washington Legal Foundation.
