U.S. Chamber urges DDC to permit Dakota Access Pipeline to continue operations during review

The U.S. Chamber filed an amicus brief urging the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to allow Dakota Access Pipeline operations to continue while the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers completes additional National Environmental Policy Act review. The brief was filed jointly with the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers, American Petroleum Institute, Association of Oil Pipe Lines, and National Association of Manufacturers.
David H. Coburn, Shannen W. Coffin, and Joshua H. Runyan of Steptoe & Johnson LLP served as co-counsel for the amici.
