Second Circuit dismisses appeal from favorable judgment in lawsuit alleging that defendants conspired to fix the ICE LIBOR rate

Plaintiffs had withdrawn their appeals, and the Second Circuit rejected an intervenor’s attempt to sustain the appeal. The U.S. Chamber filed an amicus brief supporting affirmance.
