Eleventh Circuit grants the EEOC’s motion to dismiss its appeal, which concerned the scope of the EEOC’s pattern-or-practice authority under Title VII

After the parties briefed the appeal and the U.S. Chamber filed an amicus brief supporting the defendant, the EEOC issued an opinion order agreeing with the Chamber’s position. It then moved to dismiss its appeal.
