U.S. Chamber files amicus brief in Section 1 FAA case

The U.S. Chamber and NAM filed a joint amicus brief concerning the transportation-worker exception in Section 1 of the Federal Arbitration Act, arguing that District Court erred in construing scope of “workers engaged … in interstate commerce” phrase to limit the availability of arbitration to resolve work-related disputes.
