U.S. Chamber files amicus brief concerning transportation-worker exception in Section 1 of the Federal Arbitration Act

Click here to view the amicus brief filed jointly by the U.S. Chamber and the National Association of Manufacturers. The brief argued that the District Court erred in construing the scope of “workers engaged … in interstate commerce” phrase to limit the availability of arbitration to resolve work-related disputes.
