U.S. Chamber coalition and CFPB jointly stipulate to the dismissal of the CFPB’s appeal

This dismissal leaves in place the district court’s judgment, which vacated the CFPB’s unlawful update to its supervision and examination manual and permanently enjoined the CFPB from pursuing the same unlawful legal theory in enforcement proceedings.
