U.S. Chamber files amicus brief supporting petition for rehearing en banc

The Chamber’s amicus brief urged the Sixth Circuit to reverse its panel decision that declines to enforce guardrails on certification of issues classes and reconsider its decision in Martin v. Behr Dayton Thermal Products LLC.
