U.S. Chamber files amicus brief

The Chamber filed an amicus brief in the Washington Supreme Court in support of Lyft, Inc. in a case concerning whether there is a private cause of action for statutory damages under Washington law for an unsolicited text message.
Robert M. McKenna and Adam N. Tabor of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP served as co-counsel for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on behalf of the U.S. Chamber Litigation Center.
