The U.S. Chamber requested that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decertify a class action brought on behalf of plaintiffs who experienced no actual injury from the product in question. If the court were to allow meritless class action litigation on behalf of uninjured consumers, the litigation would overwhelm the court system.
