U.S. Chamber files coalition amicus brief urging D.C. Circuit to enforce core administrative-law principles and invalidate EPA decision regulating ethylene oxide emissions

The brief explains that in regulating ethylene oxide, EPA failed to follow its own guidance on science and modeling issues and did not provide a reasonable explanation for such deviations.
