U.S. Chamber files coalition amicus brief urging D.C. Circuit to vacate EPA rule that changes how the agency conducts risk evaluations under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)

As the brief explains, the rule violates TSCA’s text, is contrary to the best available science, and would require overly broad, duplicative, and complex risk evaluations that cannot be completed within statutory deadlines.
