U.S. Chamber files coalition amicus brief supporting reversal of the district court’s denial of associations’ motion for a preliminary injunction against California’s net neutrality law
April 13, 2021
The coalition amicus brief argued that the California net neutrality law would both treat the Internet like a public utility and create a disparate patchwork of state laws. Previously, in the district court, the U.S. Chamber filed coalition amicus briefs in this case.
Jeffrey M. Harris, Bryan K. Weir, and Tiffany H. Bates of Consovoy McCarthy Park PLLC served as co-counsel for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on behalf of the U.S. Chamber Litigation Center.
