U.S. Chamber re-files motion for leave to file amicus brief

The Chamber re-filed its motion for leave to file an amicus brief in support of the plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction. The Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, Pennsylvania Manufacturers' Association, and National Federation of Independent Business Small Business Legal Center joined the Chamber on the brief.
Robert L. Byer, Robert M. Palumbos, and Andrew R. Sperl of Duane Morris LLP served as co-counsel for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on behalf of the U.S. Chamber Litigation Center.
U.S. Chamber files motion for leave to file amicus brief

The Chamber and Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry filed a motion for leave to file an amicus brief in support of the plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction. The motion was denied without prejudice as premature.
