The U.S. Chamber and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce took the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to court after the agency issued a regulation that will impose burdensome requirements on almost any business that offers a subscription plan. This is the FTC’s latest attempt to micromanage the economy and undermine American free enterprise. Businesses of all sizes and across industries like lawn care, newspapers, home security, and telecommunications would be impacted, along with their customers.
