U.S. Chamber files amicus brief

The U.S. Chamber filed an amicus brief urging the California Supreme Court to reject retroactive application of California Insurance Code Sections 10113.71 and 10113.72, which extend the grace period and notice requirements for nonpayment of life insurance premiums.
