U.S. Chamber files amicus brief
November 01, 2021
The U.S. Chamber’s amicus brief urged the Nevada Supreme Court to reject the Nevada Insurance Division’s attempt to ban credit-based insurance scoring for an undefined duration under the guise of anti-discrimination, when Nevada statute explicitly permits credit-based insurance scoring.
J. Colby Williams and Philip R. Erwin of Campbell & Williams and the U.S. Chamber’s Litigation Center served as co-counsel for the U.S. Chamber.
