U.S. Chamber urges Eleventh Circuit to rehear antitrust case

The U.S. Chamber filed a motion for leave to file an amicus brief that urged the Eleventh Circuit to grant rehearing en banc of a divided panel opinion concluding that class-action plaintiffs adequately pleaded an antitrust claim under Bell Atlantic Co. v. Twombly.
The motion for leave to file was denied.
