U.S. Chamber urges Michigan Supreme Court to review statute of limitations issues in toxic tort cases

The Chamber filed an amicus brief in the Michigan Supreme Court urging the Court to review a Court of Appeals decision regarding statute of limitations issues in toxic tort cases.
