U.S. Chamber files merits stage coalition amicus brief in Supreme Court

The U.S. Chamber filed a merits stage coalition amicus brief that offers a narrower ground for affirmance, namely that compensatory damages, including emotional distress damages, are unavailable for unintentional-discrimination claims that allege only a failure to provide reasonable accommodation.
