U.S. Chamber files amicus brief in overtime class action
October 31, 2018
The Chamber filed an amicus brief in an overtime class action in the Ninth Circuit, arguing that the court should reject the plaintiffs’ interpretation of 29 C.F.R. 778.215 as supporting her contention that contributions under profit sharing plan should be included in regular rate of pay.
Malcolm A. Heinicke and Katherine M. Forster of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP served as co-counsel for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on behalf of the U.S. Chamber Litigation Center.
