U.S. Chamber files coalition amicus brief in support of the constitutionality of Illinois’ Transportation Network Provider Act

The brief argues that it is not “special legislation” for the General Assembly to create a different regulatory scheme for transportation network companies than for common carriers.
The U.S. Chamber filed an amicus brief when this case was in the Illinois Court of Appeals.
