Two Rivers Fisheries, founded and operated by Angie Yu, addresses the Asian carp problem in the U.S. by sourcing the invasive species from over 100 commercial fishermen, processing it into a variety of products, and exporting them to 11 countries. In the past 11 years, the company has processed over 30 million pounds of fish, transforming environmental challenges into economic opportunities while supporting local livelihoods and sustainable practices.
