This new analysis from the Chamber’s Global Energy Institute examines EPA’s recent rule intending to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from powerplants. The Chamber analysis found serious flaws with the methodology used to develop the rule. Given the essential role that affordable and reliable electricity plays in every aspect of our lives, this rule has the potential to be among the most impactful proposals from the Biden Administration.
