U.S. Chamber Joins 50+ Organizations Calling on Treasury to Exclude Additionality Requirements in Section 45V

In a letter sent to the Department of Treasury today, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce joined over 50 companies and organizations calling on Treasury to exclude additionality requirements in its guidance for the Section 45V Credit for the Production of Clean Hydrogen.
