There’s just one more step to complete enrollment:
Using this template, please submit a complete roster of your membership to federation@uschamber.com. We’ll use this roster to determine who in your membership is eligible to receive complimentary membership to the U.S. Chamber through this program.
Member Roster Template- Please ensure all required fields are complete. Do not delete columns or change headers.
Your membership list will not be shared, published, or solicited at any point per the terms of the agreement. We will use the list only to determine eligibility for the Federation Partnership Program and we cannot complete the launch process until this roster is received.
