Chamber signs coalition letter to Senate Banking regarding March 8th hearing entitled, “Examining Mandatory Arbitration in Financial Service Products”

Coalition letter to the Chair and Ranking Member of the Senate Banking Committee regarding the hearing on Tuesday, March 8th, 2022 entitled, “Examining Mandatory Arbitration in Financial Service Products.” The letter states that Arbitration is a fair, effective, and less expensive means of resolving disputes compared to going to court. It should be preserved for all consumers, including those utilizing financial services products.
