Comments to the DOL on Proposal on Improving Investment Advice for Workers and Retirees

CCMC provided comments to the DOL notice of proposed class exemption (“Proposed Exemption”) permitting reasonable compensation for investment advice fiduciaries providing advice and engaging in certain principal transactions with Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”) plans, participants and Individual Retirement Accounts or Annuities (“IRA”) holders.
