On Wednesday, July 12th, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce submitted comments in response to the Department of Health and Human Services request for information on Reducing Regulatory Burdens Imposed by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act & Improving Healthcare choices to Empower Patients. The Chamber's comment letter was submitted along with three additional documents that outline, in detail, regulatory and legislative recommendations for improving the nation's health care system that the Chamber has long advocated for.
