"Sue and Settle Updated: Damage Done 2013-2016" updates the Chamber’s 2013 report, "Sue and Settle: Regulating Behind Closed Doors". The study found that EPA increased its use of sue and settle agreements under the Clean Air Act since the last report.

Today, Neil Gorsuch was confirmed as Associate Justice to the Supreme Court by a 54-45 vote.
The U.S. Chamber sent letters to all 100 U.S. senators, urging their support for Supreme Court nominee Judge Neil Gorsuch. The letters indicated that the Chamber would consider senators' votes on Judge Gorsuch's confirmation in its annual How They Voted scorecard.
