The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the American Financial Services Association, and the Alliance for Automotive Innovation on submitted comments to the American Arbitration Association regarding proposed amendments to the AAA rules governing consumer and employment arbitrations.  Highlighting ongoing abuses in mass arbitrations, the Chamber urged the AAA to prevent exploitation of arbitration fee schedules and ensure that arbitration remains a viable dispute-resolution method.  The Chamber also raised significant concerns about other proposed rules changes.
