ASEAN BUSINESS OUTLOOK SURVEY 2017: SINGAPORE
(The following are results from the ASEAN Business Outlook Survey, the Chamber’s annual survey of US business perceptions of ASEAN’s business environment. The survey was done in cooperation with AmCham Singapore, and the results are based on 475 responses from executives across the ASEAN region.)

In coordination with this State Visit to the White House, The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the U.S.-ASEAN Business Council hosted a dinner in honor of Prime Minister Lee Hsing Loong. The Prime Minister addressed the American Business Community on issues of trade, investment, and future bilateral realtions. The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) was the main topic of the Prime Minister's remarks, focusing on the geostrategic importance of integrated trade relations between the United States and the Asia-Pacific.
April 2 - The US Chamber hosted a gala dinner event for His Excellency Lee Hsien Loong, Prime Minister of Singapore. The Prime Minister was welcomed by Thomas J. Donohue, President of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as well as other prominent business executives. Prime Minister Lee stressed the importance of trade between the United States and Singapore during his speech.
