Strategic Advocacy
The Strategic Advocacy division is comprised of several major policy divisions within the Chamber including theCyber, Space, and National Security Division; Economic Policy Division; Employment Policy Division; and Small Business Policy Division. Environmental Affairs and Sustainability, Health Policy, and Transportation and Infrastructure Policy are also under the umbrella of the Policy Group.
The division works closely with the Chamber's Congressional and Public Affairs and Political Affairs and Federation Relations divisions.

Roberti issued the following statement today regarding Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Director Chris Krebs:
Eighty groups including the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the American Bankers Association and the National Association of Manufacturers warned the SBA and the Treasury Department in a letter Tuesday that the questionnaires introduced a "confusing and burdensome" process for borrowers and PPP lenders.
This Coalition letter was sent to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in support of the proposal to "Reissue and Modify Nationwide Permits."
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council appointed Ian MacLean, President of Highland Landscaping LLC, as Chair and Natalie Kaddas, CEO of Kaddas Enterprises, as Vice Chair of its Small Business Council. MacLean succeeds former Chair, Christel Slaughter, CEO of SSA Consultants.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors today elected Chris Lofgren, Ph.D., former president and CEO of Schneider National, headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin, as chair for an 18-month term. Lofgren succeeds Maura W. Donahue, president of DonahueFavret Contractors Holding Company.
