U.S. Chamber Letter on EPA's Proposed Rule on Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce submitted the following comments on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (“EPA”) supplemental notice of proposed rulemaking for the “National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP): Primary Copper Smelters Residual Risk and Technology Review.”
