WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Chamber of Commerce Senior Vice President for Cyber, Intelligence, and Supply Chain Security Policy Christopher D. Roberti issued the following statement today regarding Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Director Chris Krebs:
“Director Chris Krebs has served the U.S., DHS, and the private sector extraordinarily well. He has been a tremendous partner of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and our members, thousands of industry entities, and countless communities across the United States.
"Director Krebs has earned considerable bipartisan praise for his leadership, energy, and judgement. He led the charge to establish CISA, the nation’s first civilian cybersecurity agency and risk adviser, which the U.S. Chamber was pleased to support.
"We have been proud to work with Director Krebs and his talented team on a range of issues vital to our economic resilience, including COVID-19, cybersecurity, supply chain risk management, and chemical security.
